Return Policy

Email marketing services are offered on a month-by-month basis. There are no contracts. You may cancel at anytime. By signing up for our email marketing services, you are authorizing a recurring charge, until you cancel. With your authorization, an account will be canceled within 30 days of the request.
Online webinars are presented "As Is" and because we are unable to "restock" inventory of sold seats, there are no refunds available for any reason. We will, however, work with you to assign you to another session (at our mutual convenience), which will be offered as an exchange of the session in question.
